AUSPTA is Australia’s leading body for thermography and the use of IRT.

AUSPTA hold seminars twice a year that IIAT management attends to keep up with the latest technologies and methodologies. We have also found that by gaining knowledge from other industry users,  we are able to integrate some of this knowledge into our own field.

Becoming a member of AUSPTA has been the single most informative and educational affiliation that Infrared Inspections and Technologies has made.

AUSPTA’s mission statement.

➤ To enhance & promote the Thermography Industry within Australia.
➤ To Lobby Government and Regulatory Authorities for Inclusion of Thermography for future Government  schemes, Standards, Grants and Incentives.

AINDT (Australian Institute if Non-Destructive Testing)

“Non-destructive testing is reliable only when undertaken to appropriate standards. To ensure this a wide range of national and international standards are documented which covers specific industry needs”. – Excerpt from the AINDT web-site.

The Australian Institute of non-destructive testing manages third party certification in all areas of NDT. This is a verification of training and practical experience obtained in the NDT method the person is certified in.

Infrared Inspections and Technologies holds a business membership with the AINDT to ensure that our management and employees are kept up to date with all aspects of NDT both nationally and internationally.
